Paul heads our fund raising and investor relations efforts and came to Arcadia Funds with more than three decades of experience in raising, allocating and managing institutional pools of capital dedicated to a variety of investment strategies. His capital raising experience most recently included being head of sales for both Windhaven Investment Management and Robeco Investment Management. As an asset allocator, Paul was formerly President and COO of Franklin Portfolio Associates and previously led SEI’s Funds Evaluation New England region investment consulting practice, which developed and implemented policies and programs on behalf of corporate/public pension funds, endowments and foundations.  Paul graduated from St Peter’s University with a degree in Business Management.
